Shipping Policy 

If your tracking number indicates that your package has been stuck in transit for more than seven (7) days, please follow up with USPS through their Mail Search Request: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you have not received your items, please be patient. USPS delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and could arrive the following day.

If you do not receive your package, please contact your local USPS post office (not the USPS hotline). Your local post office will be able to provide quicker and better service. Ask who delivered the package, and inquire about the details of that day's delivery. USPS is accustomed to answering these questions and will generally provide helpful information.

If the package still does not show up and you are unable to resolve the issue, we recommend that you call USPS and file a claim.

Bilio Mask cannot reimburse or re-ship orders that were lost or mis-delivered by USPS or stolen from a property. Thank you for understanding.
